1. Order Processing
Processing Time:
All orders are typically processed and packed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak sales seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will endeavor to notify you via website announcements or email if significant delays occur.
Order Modifications & Cancellations:
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at charles@freezing-age.com. We can only process modification or cancellation requests if the order has not yet entered the "Shipped" status. Once an order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse, we will be unable to intercept it.
2. Shipping Regions, Time & Costs
Shipping Regions:
We currently offer worldwide shipping. Specific deliverable countries/regions are shown at checkout based on your address.
Shipping Time & Costs:
Shipping times are calculated from the date the order is shipped (not the order date) and do not include customs clearance time. The following is an overview of our main shipping options; specific costs and delivery times will be calculated in real-time at checkout based on your address.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing the logistics tracking number to your registered email address. You can use this tracking number to check the real-time shipping status of your package on the website of our designated logistics provider.
4. International Orders: Customs, Duties & Restrictions
Customs & Import Duties:
For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all import regulations of the destination country/region.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), or other fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are collected by the local customs authority or logistics carrier when the package arrives in your country.
We have no control over, and cannot estimate, the amount of these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information in advance.
Customs Clearance Delays:
Customs clearance procedures are a common part of international shipping. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspections, requests for additional information, or the payment of duties.
Please ensure that the recipient information you provide (especially name and phone number) is accurate and valid so that the logistics company can contact you promptly for clearance if needed.
Shipping Restrictions:
You are responsible for confirming that the products you purchase comply with the import standards of your country/region. We are not liable for any seizures, returns, or destruction of goods resulting from product ingredients, specifications, or other factors not meeting the destination's regulations.
5. Shipping Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages:
While rare, if your package is lost in transit or arrives severely damaged, please contact us immediately at charles@freezing-age.com. We will assist you in initiating an investigation and claim with the logistics service provider.
Please note that our responsibility ends once the package is handed over to the logistics carrier and a tracking number is obtained. Subsequent compensation processes are subject to the terms and conditions of the logistics provider.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, or due to failed delivery attempts (e.g., no one available to sign), any additional shipping and handling fees incurred will be your responsibility. If re-delivery is requested, you will be required to pay the shipping cost again.
